Case Management Solutions

Our case management solutions provide the ability to share information, capture valuable demographic data and monitor the outcome of programs, enabling judicial, treatment and administrative professionals the ability to collaborate together.

We are currently focusing on providing the best Drug Court Case Management system (DCCM) in the nation, but we have also created a variety of other case management solutions including:

Homeland Security

Secure Homeland Analysis and Reporting Environment (SHARE), is a system used to establish linkage between homeland security intelligence personnel and field officers (local, state police and private sector security personnel). SHARE is also supported by the Information Technology Evaluation Program of the US Department of Homeland Security.

The goal of SHARE is to enable the Intelligence Analysis Cell (IAC) within Alabama to realize as many benefits from the developed technology as the project resources will allow. The IAC is composed of representatives from the United States Attorney’s Office Anti-Terrorism Advisory Council and the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force and Field Intelligence Groups.

Juvenile Probation - Incorporates client demographics with photos, medical background, risk assessment tools, treatments, orders and contact tracking in order to provide case managers the ability to review previous contacts and treatment notes with the accuracy of chronologically stamping the date and time. Ultimately giving supervisors the ability to monitor the case loads of their Probation Officers and review case progression.

Juvenile Detention - Gives detention centers a multi-purpose web application that keeps track of juveniles during their stay, by providing up to date information on medical screening, disciplinary and confinement history, while also giving the facility a way to keep records on staff, maintenance, contracts, etc.

Truancy Assessment and Service Center (TASC) - Provides state agents with an application that monitors children reported as being truant from school in efforts to prevent future problems such as teen pregnancy and substance abuse.

Families in Need of Services (FINS) - Provides an interagency social work service which allows the ability for screening and assessment, direct services, monitoring, education, resource referrals, document generation, reports, and program evaluation. Our solution will track the case management process in assisting children early to prevent adjudication. This database provides valuable case history information and will be shared with the Truancy Assessment and Service Centers (TASC) central database.

Law Enforcement & Criminal Justice Support Services

Law Enforcement Tactical System (LETS) program - LETS is a secure search engine designed to provide an information portal for law enforcement and criminal justice agencies, allowing them to share, monitor, and track important investigative information.

Municipal Court Case Management (MCCM) is a web-based case management system that allows courts to manage all aspects of the municipal court process. Advanced Computer Technologies (ACT) was involved with developing both the Alabama Office Of The Courts (AOC) NameMaster and the Alabama Criminal Justice Information Center (ACJIC) Law Enforcement Tactical System (LETS) applications.
